Ford puts their paint code information on a decal or metal tag. Luckily, most Ford tags are located somewhere in the drivers side door jamb. Here ae some examples:


2003 Ford Mustang - Located in the drivers side door jamb on the body.


1993 Ford Aerostar - Located low in the drivers side door jamb on the body.


1979 Ford Car - Located in the drivers side door jamb on the door.


1971 Ford Mustang - Located in the drivers side door jamb on the door.


1967 Ford F100 - Located in the drivers side door jamb on the door.
